Our program features the regular PANW reports with dispatches on the increasing political tensions between the Russian Federation and the United States over the apparent failure of a 15-year-old plan for the recycling of excess weapons-grade plutonium utilizing a mixed oxide fuel fabrication facility in South Carolina; Egypt is continuing relationship relationship with Saudi Arabia through economic planning and military interventions backed by Washington; the transitional process in South Sudan aimed at bringing peace between the rival factions within the SPLA-M/A in an ongoing process amid the continuation of United Nations sanctions against targeted individuals; and the Horn of Africa state of Djibouti has re-elected President Ismail Omar Guelleh.
