We will feature our regular PANW reports with dispatches on the recently concluded South African coal miners strike which was settled earlier in the week; Zimbabwe is preparing to apply for International Monetary Fund loans to support its ailing economy; the World Bank released a report contradicting the notions that have been widely reported that poverty is decreasing on the continent; and finally the former leader of Benin, Mathieu Kerekou has died after serving years as head-of-state in this once socialist-oriented state.

In the second hour we will continue our examination of the history and significance of state repression in the United States with a audio file on the impact of the rebellions in Ferguson, Missouri during 2014-2015.

Finally in the third hour we analyze the character of social movements over the last four years in the U.S. including Occupy, union struggles, urban rebellions and mass protests.
