Monica Moorehead to Speak in California on Reparations and Black/Brown Unity, June 20-21

Meet Author and Editor Monica Moorehead, former presidential candidate, editor of groundbreaking book 'Marxism,
Reparations and the Black Freedom Struggle'

Monica has traveled throughout the world and met and collaborated with political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal. She is also the managing editor of Workers World newspaper. Monica is in town promoting her book which has received national and international distribution.

Monica will first be doing a book signing at Zahra's book store in Inglewood. And, on the following day Monica will be leading a Town Hall meeting at Leimert Park to discuss Black and Brown unity, the fight against racism and the significance of the Obama campaign in relation to these issues. Come meet this inspiring speaker and get motivated for the struggles ahead!
