Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of Ministers and State received, on the afternoon of Tuesday March 27, His Holiness Benedict XVI, Supreme Pontiff of the Catholic Church and the Vatican City’s head of state, who is making a pastoral visit to Cuba.
During the private meeting, His Holiness and the Cuban President discussed the expanding and longstanding relations between Cuba and the Holy See.
