Syrian Army Advances Into Adra al-Balad, Controls Many Posts Near Al-Kiswa

Provinces, SANA –More terrorists were killed in large-scale military operations launched on Monday against armed terrorist organizations in several areas around the country.
A military source told SANA that after tightening the grip around armed terrorist organizations, the Army advanced into Adra al-Balad in Damascus countryside, killing scores of terrorists and wounding many others.
Meanwhile, another military source also told SANA that the Army established control on many spots surrounding al-Taiba town in al-Kiswa in Damascus countryside, killing many terrorists and wounding several others.
Units of the armed forces foiled terrorists’ infiltration attempt and targeted their gatherings and dens in the countryside of Idleb northern province, leaving many of them dead and wounded and destroying a number of their cars.
Army units killed scores of terrorists and wounded others after targeting their dens and gatherings in the vicinity of Ehsem town in al-Zawiyah mountain, Saraqeb town, Maarzaf, Maardebseh and KafrNajd in the countryside of Idleb.
A military source told SANA that Abdul-Qader al-Fadel, Ibrahim al-Qaddour and Mohammad Kassem al-Kassem were identified among the killed terrorists.
The source added that the army units also destroyed two cars laden with heavy machineguns.
Another army unit destroyed a den for terrorists in al-Bassel forests in the province’s countryside.
Meanwhile, an army unit killed most of a terrorist group’s members and destroyed their weaponry near Hallouz town in Jisr al-Shoghour.
In the same context, units of the armed forces targeted a convoy of the terrorists’ cars in the city of Abu al-Douhor and in Talab village to the south of the airport in Idleb where a number of terrorists were killed and injured and many of their cars were destroyed.
An army unit completely destroyed a factory for explosive devices and a store of rockets in Sarja, killing eleven terrorists.
Two dens of terrorists were destroyed in al-Arba’ain area where scores of terrorists were killed and others were injured.
Units of the armed forces destroyed a car and a vehicle equipped with heavy machinegun used by terrorists in the surrounding of Nahle town in the countryside, killing and wounding a number of them.
Terrorists Mohammad Ahmad Safi, Mohammad Hussein Rahhal, Khaled Haj Mousa, Abdul-Hasan al-Khatib and Ahmad Hanshakou were identified among the killed.
Army units thwarted terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate from al-Doha into Kroom Jaba in Quneitra countryside, leaving many of them dead and wounded and destroying a number of their cars, a military source told SANA.
The source said the army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the villages of Bi’r al-Ajam, Jibata al-Khashab and al-Briqa in the countryside, killing a number of them and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
The army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings to the south of Ein Hussein al-Janoubi village in Homs countryside and a terrorists’ leaders den in the village of Deir Foul, killing a number of them and injuring others.

Units of the armed forces destroyed a cache of ammunition, a cache of homemade Grad rockets, and a number of heavy vehicles, in addition to killing scores of terrorists, most of whom are of non-Syrian nationalities, after targeting their gatherings in the villages of al-Khadra, Beit Shrouq, and Torous in the northern countryside of Lattakia province.
Other army units targeted terrorist concentrations and hideouts in al-Utaira and al-Shahroura in Lattakia’s northern countryside, eliminating many terrorists and destroying ammo caches and vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns.

In Hasaka countryside, army units eliminated a number of terrorists and injured others while targeting their concentrations in Aaliya and Abdelaziz Mountain.
An army unit eliminated scores of terrorists in Tal Refaat in Aleppo countryside and destroyed their vehicles, some of which were equipped with heavy machineguns.
Army units eliminated large numbers of ISIS terrorists in al-Sina’a neighborhood, the 24th roundabout, near the Contractors Syndicate, and al-Ummal area in Deir Ezzor city, destroying dozens of cars which terrorists had been using.
