Ebola Quarantine: Troopers Outside Home Where Kaci Hickox Is Staying

A state trooper was parked Wednesday outside the house where a Maine nurse was holed up and vowing to defy a quarantine imposed because she treated Ebola patients in West Africa.
The nurse, Kaci Hickox, was held over the weekend in a quarantine tent in New Jersey after she landed at Newark airport from Africa, even though she said she never had Ebola symptoms and tested negative.
Gov. Chris Christie released her on Monday and practically dared Hickox to sue him. She was driven to Maine, which imposed its own 21-day quarantine.
Hickox told TODAY earlier that she would go to court if Maine didn’t lift its restrictions by Thursday. She said: “I’m not going to sit around and be bullied around by politicians and be forced to stay in my home when I am not a risk to the American public.”
