21st Century Will Witness U.S. Going to Ruin: Rodong Sinmun  

Pyongyang, January 27 (KCNA) -- In recent years stories about the end of the U.S.-led era and its downfall, etc. have been heard from different parts of the world without let-up. The U.S. rulers and monopoly capitalists dare not deny such arguments. This being a hard reality, they shamelessly claim that the U.S. will continue leading the world in the 21st century, too.
   
Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in an article in this regard:
   
No matter what means the U.S. leaves untried, it can never check its decline and ruin.
   
The U.S. is called a medley of different human races. It is supported by dollars and nuclear weapons.

With these two pillars at peril, the U.S. is shaking to its very foundation.
   
The U.S. ruling quarters are bringing an excessive burden of taxes upon the people to keep the monopoly capitalists afloat in a bid to save their country from the abyss of ruin.
   
That is why broad strata of toiling masses are staging endless demonstrations in protest against the government's step to increase the taxes.
   
A scramble is getting very fierce between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party over the state budget, healthcare insurance, immigration reform, etc., in the U.S. saddled with debts running into astronomical figures. State governments are taking an increasing number of independent steps in protest against the instructions of the federal government.
   
The U.S., chieftain of the world imperialists, is finding itself in such difficult position that it is hard for it to escape the fate of destruction,
   
The world will clearly see the doom of the U.S. in the 21st century.
