US Advised to Draw Lesson from Defeat in Korean War
Cha Sang Bo, vice-chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, issued a statement on June 23 on the lapse of 67 years since the US imperialists ignited a war against the DPRK.

The statement said that the last Korean war was a great disaster to the Korean nation and the most unethical challenge as it hindered the independent development of the Korean nation and destroyed the global peace.

The war clearly showed the world that the US is the mastermind of aggression and war and the most shameless criminal state which makes no scruple of massacring the people, it said, and went on:

Far from drawing due lesson from their defeat in the Korean war, the US imperialists have made all sorts of reckless provocations and staged joint military exercises in south Korea every year, watching for a chance to ignite a second Korean war.

The US should renounce the hostile policy towards the DPRK and pull out its troops from south Korea at once, clearly mindful that it will be totally ruined in case it ignites another war in Korea.

The south Korean authorities should no longer resort to such dangerous deeds as putting the life and safety of the nation at the war gambles of aggressors, acting as a shock brigade for the US imperialists' Asia-Pacific strategy, but stop all the military provocations they are staging with the US.

They should come to their senses and courageously take the road for improving north-south relations and peace and reunification of the country, in reliance on the nation.
