The Libyan border crossing of Wazin-Dahiba with Tunisia has been reopened after over five days of closure, reported the director of the border security on the Libyan side.
The border was reopened after an agreement was made between the two sides to secure the travelers, especially Libyans after they had received assaults by Tunisians, against any attacks.
On Wednesday, the border security on the Libyan side decided to shut the crossing point over assaults and protests by the Tunisian side, citing strict measures and suspension of goods’ trade from the Libyan side.
