New Stamps Issued in DPRK
The State Stamp Bureau of the DPRK recently issued new stamps (two sheets) dealing with the historic policy speech made by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
Seen in the stamps centred on a red flag are letters reading "On Socialist Construction and the Internal and External Policies of the Government of the Republic at the Present Stage", the title of the policy speech, and "The First Session of the Fourteenth Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK April 12, Juche 108 (2019)".
