Sudan and Chad Distinguished Relations Continue

Khartoum - The Minister of Science and Communication, Dr. Eissa Bushara, has expressed Sudan welcome to the Chadian desire to link and unite the communication networks via extending the optical fibres and uniting feed in the two countries in cooperation with Sudatel and Canar companies.
This came when Dr. Bushara received in his office last Sunday the visiting delegation of the Chadian Ministry of Communication, headed by the General Inspector of the ministry, Engineer Mohamed Salih in presence of the Undersecretary of Sudan Ministry of Science and Communication, Prof. Zuhair Al-Fadil, and director of the communication units of the Sudanese and Chadian ministries.
He called for completing the details and adopting the required arrangements to sign an agreement between the two countries in this regard.
Dr. Bashara appreciated the distinguished relations between Sudan and Chad, pointing to the projects implemented by the Ministry of Science and Communication, within the joint Sudanese - Chadian security protocol, for providing the border villages with solar energy services.
It is to be recalled that the Chadian delegation began its visit programme by a meeting with the Director of the National Telecommunication Corporation, Dr. Izz-Eddin Kamel, and senior officials of the corporation and got informed on Sudan capabilities and accomplishments in the field of communications and the possibility of assisting Chad in this regard and providing it with solutions and expertise.
