Nigerian Body Hails DPRK's Satellite Launch
Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted on its website an article on March 10.

The news of the DPRK's launch of the earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4 in February immediately became a hot topic of world media, exciting the world public, the article noted, adding:

Firstly, that is because it was unbelievable that the DPRK succeeded in the satellite launch despite the worst condition.

Whenever the DPRK launched satellites, the U.S. and its followers cooked up "resolutions on sanctions" of the UNSC in a bid to smother it and even deprive its people of their right to existence.

But the DPRK launched a satellite again.

Secondly, it is because the DPRK is undergoing a rapid development in exploring space.

The world public was so surprised to witness the DPRK successfully launching its first satellite Kwangmyongsong-1 in the 1990s when it faced the worst ordeals due to the U.S. moves to stifle it.

In a matter of less than 20 years since then the DPRK has made an eye-opening development, from a young space explorer to a space power.

Thirdly, it is because the DPRK is a space power both in name and reality.

It mapped out its own far-reaching blueprint for conquering space and has pushed ahead with it.

The DPRK is, indeed, a full-fledged space power.
