Greetings to WPK Seventh Congress from CPC Central Committee
Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) sent a congratulatory message to the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) on Friday.
The message said:
The Seventh Congress of the WPK will be a great event for the party and the political life of the people of the DPRK and have a great influence on the development of the WPK and the Korean-style socialist cause.
We wish the Korean people steady new successes in accomplishing the cause of socialist construction under the leadership of the WPK.
The Sino-Korean friendship personally provided and cultivated by the leaders of the old generation of the two countries with sincerity is the precious treasure common to the two countries with the glorious historic traditions.
The Chinese party and government are attaching great importance to the Sino-Korean relations and will make efforts with the Korean side to successfully preserve, consolidate and develop the Sino-Korean relations and thus provide the two countries and two peoples with happiness and, positively contribute to protecting regional and global peace, stability and development.
