We will feature our regular PANW report with dispatches on developments in the Southern African state of Zimbabwe where the government is attempting to address the liquidity shortage through the introduction of bond coins; there are reports that an anthrax attack is being planned by IS in East Africa; the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) are training youth in Somalia as spies; and two Egyptian journalists are threatened with the death penalty by the al-Sisi regime.

During the second hour we will welcome Toronto bluesologist Norman Otis Richmond to discuss the local and federal investigations into the death of African American artisit Prince Rogers Nelson within the context of his long battle with the recording industry.

Finally we continue our month-long commemoration of Africa Liberation Day through excerpts from a speech on the Africa Revolt by W.E.B. Du Bois in 1953 and the attempts by Ghana under Dr. Kwame Nkrumah to industrialize this West African state.
