Letter to Kim Jong Un from Participants in Inaugural Ceremony of Int'l Preparatory Committee
The letter said to celebrate significant holidays in 2017 as auspicious events common to mankind is the unanimous aspiration and wishes of world progressives supporting the heroic Korean people and the DPRK.
Now six regional preparatory committees and 70 odd preparatory committees were organized worldwide and they conduct colorful activities, the letter noted, adding:
Today the international preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu was inaugurated in Indonesia, the country which President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il visited and which is the birthplace of the flower of the sun Kimilsungia.
Now the DPRK is making a long drive despite ceaseless challenges and threats from the hostile forces under the complex international situation. This is the brilliant fruition of politics of independence and Songun pursued by Kim Jong Un and the principle of giving priority to self-development.
The letter expressed belief that construction of a socialist power will be stepped up victoriously in Korea and the cause of global independence will steadily advance thanks to Kim Jong Un.
