The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the recently-announced joint military exercises between the North African state of Tunisia along with France and the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM); a car bomb attack took place in the Horn of Africa state of Somalia in the aftermath of the national presidential elections; information has surfaced again on the role of the Canadian government in the police and military coup that toppled the government of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah in Ghana 51 years ago; and finally, the son of Muhammad Ali was held up at immigration in Florida by authorities who questioned him about his religious affiliations. In the second hour we continue our focus on African American History Month with a rare archival speech by Malcolm X delivered in New York City in 1964.

Also we will listen to an address by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah to African Freedom Fighters in Accra during 1962.
