The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the agricultural yields in the Southern African state of Zimbabwe; there has been a ban on poultry imports by several Southern African Development Community (SADC) states from Zimbabwe; Mozambique is embarking upon a solar power generating project to supply additional energy; and the People's Republic of China has opened a bank in the oil-rich state of Angola.

In the second hour we listen to a lecture delivered during August 2016 by host Abayomi Azikiwe on the topic of Race, Class and Justice in America.
