Talks Held Between DPRK and Chinese FMs
Talks were held at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on September 2 between Ri Yong Ho, foreign minister of the DPRK, and Wang Yi, state councillor and foreign minister of the People's Republic of China.
At the talks, they had an in-depth discussion of practical issues for further developing the friendly and cooperative DPRK-China ties in keeping with the noble intention of the top leaders of the two countries.
They also had an exchange of views on the issues of mutual concern such as the situation on the Korean peninsula.
The talks proceeded in a comradely and friendly atmosphere.
Present at it from the DPRK side were Ri Kil Song, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, O Ryong Chol, vice-minister of External Economic Relations, and officials concerned, and from the Chinese side Luo Zhaohui, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Wang Bingnan, vice-minister of Commerce, Deng Boqing, deputy head of the state office for international development and cooperation, and suite members and Li Jinjun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy members.
