Pyongyang, November 6 (KCNA) -- The present times, when the campaign for successfully accomplishing the cause of building a powerful socialist country is being dynamically waged, is calling for further enhancing the militant role of media, says Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in an article.

Only when media educate the masses and encourage them to implement the lines and policies of the Workers' Party of Korea, can the revolution win victory after victory full of vitality.
To enhance the role of the Party's media is an important requirement for making all the people share the idea and intention with the Party Central Committee at any place and at any time.
The whole society will breathe as intended by the Party and our single-minded unity will be further strengthened as an invincible integral whole based on one idea when the media sensitively reflect the idea and intention of the Party Central Committee and persuasively explain them.
Enhancing the role of the Party's media is an indispensable requirement for giving fullest play to the inexhaustible strength of the popular masses and their might of self-reliance.
