Army Eliminates Terrorists in Several Areas, Foils Infiltration Attempt from Lebanon

PROVINCES, (SANA)- A unit of the armed forces and the borders' guards forces foiled an armed terrorist group's infiltration attempt from the Lebanese territories to Syria across the sites of al-Mathoumeh and Halat in Talkalakh countryside in Homs.
An official source told SANA reporter that the infiltration attempt was coincided with shooting fire from the Lebanese side towards the border guards checkpoints on the Syrian side.
The source added that the army inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists while the rest fled towards the Lebanese lands.
A unit of the armed forces confronted an armed terrorist group's attack on Dedeman Hotel in Palmyra in Homs countryside, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.
A military source told SANA that 3 cars were destroyed with all the weapons and ammunition inside them, while all the terrorists in the cars were also killed.
The source added that units of the armed forces destroyed a number of terrorists' hideouts with all the weapons and ammunitions inside them in the villages of Abl, al-Bowidah al-Sharqiya, al-Shoumarieh, al-Haidarieh, al-Dabaa, Akmam, Aqrab, al-Dmaineh al-Gharbieh, al-Hamidieh and Um Sharshouh in Homs countryside.
Meanwhile, a unit of the armed forces clashed with terrorists in al-Qarabis and al-Qusour neighborhoods in Homs city, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.
Heavy Losses Inflicted upon terrorists in Damascus Countryside
An army unit targeted an armed terrorist group that belongs to Jabhat al-Nusra in Adra area in Damascus countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.
A military source t told SANA reporter that many terrorists were killed and others were injured in the military operation.
Meanwhile, a unit of the armed forces foiled terrorists' attempt to enter a tractor loaded with big amounts of explosives on al-Sehel checkpoint in al-Nabek, Damascus Countryside.
A military source told SANA on Monday that the tractor was destroyed by remote , while the army clashed with the terrorists who are attempted to enter the tractor, killing and injuring a number of them.
The source added that units of the armed forces stormed terrorists' dens in Jairoud and al-Rhaibeh, killing a number of terrorists and arresting others wanted.
Meanwhile, an armed terrorist group targeted the main street at al-Wafidin Camp with three mortar shells , causing injuring among the citizens and material damagesin the place.
The source said that 5 persons were injured in the terrorist attack, as material damages in the houses and a number of cars were caused.
Army Targets Terrorists' Hideouts in Idleb Countryside
In Idleb countryside, other units of the armed forces killed a number of terrorists in Saraqib, Maarat al-Mu'man, Qaminas, Majdalia, Ta'aoum and Sirmin.
