We will feature our regular PANW reports witn dispatches on the newly-elected Nigerian President Muhamadu Buhari's anticipated visit to the West African state of Ghana amid announcements that Abuja has donated vehicles to assist Burkina Faso in their upcoming national elections; the African National Congress Youth League has elected a new president during their conference in an attempt to revitalize the organization; the Republic of South Sudan ruling party, SPLM/A, has pledged to promote a spirit of reconciliation after signing a peace accord with opposition forces; and thousands of migrants have crossed over into Austria and Germany after being held up for days by the right-wing government in Hungary.

In the second hour we will bring you an archived edition of Community Progressive Radio News with an interview with Abayomi Azikiwe on the situation in South Sudan.

In this same hour a rarely heard speech by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. from 1962 on the Emancipation Proclamation 100th anniversary is presented in line with the month-long focus on the history of race relations in the United States.

Finally an interview with Malcolm X during Oct. 1963 in Berkeley, California presents and alternative view to that articulated by MLK a year earlier.
