Greetings to Kim Jong Un from Putin
Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from V. Putin, president of the Russian Federation, on Friday.
The message said:
The respected Your Excellency Kim Jong Un
I extend heartfelt congratulations to you on the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
The relations between the Russian Federation and the DPRK assume traditionally friendly nature.
I am convinced that to further develop the mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in various fields is in line with the basic interests of the peoples of our two countries and will contribute to strengthening security and stability on the Korean peninsula and in the whole of Northeast Asia.
I wish you good health and success and all the people of the DPRK happiness and wellbeing.
