Senior Party, State, Army Officials Visit Kumsusan Palace of Sun
Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Leading officials of the party, state and army visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun on Friday, the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
   
Among the visitors were Kim Yong Nam, Hwang Pyong So, Pak Pong Ju, Choe Ryong Hae and other senior party and state officials, the chairperson of a friendly party, members of the party central leadership organ in Pyongyang, deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly and officials of the party, armed forces and power organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions.
   
Placed before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il was a floral basket in the name of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army (KPA).
   
Laid before the statues was a floral basket in the joint name of the Central Committee of the WPK, the Central Military Commission of the WPK, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK. Also laid was a floral basket in the joint name of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly and the DPRK Cabinet.
   
The participants paid high tribute to the great leaders before their statues.
   
They made bows to the great leaders at the halls where they lie in state.
   
They went round the halls where the orders the great leaders received are on display and halls that house cars, electric car, boat and train coaches used by them during their field guidance and foreign tours till the last moments of their lives.
