Turkey Continues Aggression on Afrin, Killing 86 Civilians and Injuring 198 Within a Week

Aleppo, SANA- Forces of the Turkish regime on Saturday morning targeted residential buildings in Afrin area in Aleppo northern countryside with different types of weapons causing a huge damage to the public and private properties, bringing the total number of civilian victims of these attacks to 86 dead and 198 dead.
Civil sources told SANA that the forces of the Turkish regime attacked the houses of the locals and the public properties in the villages of Haji Eskandari, Hamam Bnahyiat Jandaris, Toubal, Obaidan, Qurna and Ali Jarou and in the surroundings of Ghir Mountain in Afrin area, Aleppo northern countryside.
The sources added that scores of civilians were injured in the Turkish aggression, raising the number of victims among civilians to 86 dead and 198 injured, some of them women, children, and elderly people.
The aggression also caused material damage to the infrastructure, citizens’ houses, and archeological sites, while the movement stopped in Afrin area and the surrounding villages due to the heavy and continued shelling.
