Remembrance Meeting of Youth and Students Held
A remembrance meeting of youth and students "We Miss the General" took place at the Central Youth Hall on December 14 in the run-up to the seventh anniversary of the demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

It began with a recital of revolutionary novel and female solo "Thinking of the General".

The performers recalled the revolutionary career of Kim Jong Il, who ushered in a heyday of Juche-oriented youth movement.

They told the warm loving care shown by Kim Jong Il who paid attention to issues of uniforms and shoes of schoolchildren across the country and devoted his paternal affection to them.

They stated that the Korean youth movement enjoys the greatest heyday of its development under the guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, and pledged to display the honour of being the vanguard and shock brigade in translating into a brilliant reality the desire of the peerlessly great men on this land.

Present at the meeting were Choe Hwi, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Chol Min, first secretary of the central committee of the youth league, officials of the youth league, teachers and students of Mangyongdae and Kang Pan Sok revolutionary schools and youth and students in Pyongyang.
