Vice President Joice Mujuru says despite the Mujuru family having accepted that death is God's decree, the family hopes the mystery that shrouds General Solomon Mujuru's death will be resolved when findings of the investigations on what transpired on the fateful day are revealed.
Vice President Mujuru made the remarks when a group of businesspeople, officials from the Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality Industry and staff from the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority who were part of the delegation that went to Brazil on a tourism, trade and investment promotion mission, visited her home to pay their condolences.
Cde Mujuru poured her heart out and explained that the circumstances surrounding the General's death remain a mystery to the family and until satisfactory explanations are given the family will not find peace.
Cde Mujuru was supposed to join the delegation in Brazil on the 19th of August, but was unable to do so after General Mujuru died in an inferno at his Beatrice farm on August 16.
An agro business person, Mr Wilfanos Mashingaidze who was part of the delegation that went to Brazil commended Mai Mujuru for demonstrating true values of a Christian woman, who doesn't turn away from her faith when tragedy strikes.
