VICE President Joice Mujuru has urged people to come out in large numbers and vote for President Mugabe and Zanu-PF during the harmonised elections next week on Wednesday. Addressing thousands of people at two rallies in Gonono and Mushumbi areas over the weekend, VP Mujuru said they were fed up with the inclusive Government which did not benefit the majority.

“You should know who to vote for during the elections and that is why we have come here,” she said.

“President Mugabe wants Zanu-PF to win and we don’t want to go back to Rhodesia.”

VP Mujuru said some of the people who were in the inclusive Government were only thinking about benefiting themselves and had no people at heart.

President Mugabe, she said, had been standing for the people all his life and it was high time the people stood by him during the forthcoming elections.

VP Mujuru said during the 2008 elections, Zanu-PF did not do well and that was the reason why the inclusive Government was formed.

“We no longer want the inclusive Government anymore,” she said.
