Kim Il Sung's Feats for Human Cause of Independence Praised by World Progressives
With the approach of the 23rd anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung, the Korean people and the world progressives are deeply revering him who performed immortal feats for accomplishing the human cause of independence.
The President made greatest efforts for political independence and national prosperity of African countries.
He fully supported the Algerian people who held a banner of anti-imperialist and anti-colonialist armed struggle for the first time in the African Continent. When the Algerian people gained the final victory, he saw to it that the DPRK government recognized the Algerian government before any others and established diplomatic relations with it.
When Samora Moises Machel, ex-president of the Mozambique Liberation Front, visited the DPRK in order to tide over difficulties in national liberation struggle, Kim Il Sung met with him and told him about the orientation and ways to overcoming the difficulties, while explaining the experience gained during the anti-Japanese armed struggle.
As taught by Kim Il Sung, Machel put an end to the imperialists' colonial rule and achieved the independence of his country.
Robert G. Mugabe, president of the Republic of Zimbabwe, also received an immutable truth about the revolutionary struggle from Kim Il Sung, who indicated the way to hastening the final victory in the struggle and made sure that a DPRK delegation was dispatched to Zimbabwe so that its people provided a sure guarantee for consolidating its government after its independence.
So, Mugabe said that it is the second revolutionary victory in his country to have the army faithful to the party and people in a short period.
