Ri Su Yong Meets President of National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba
Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, who is on a visit to the Republic of Cuba as head of a party and government delegation of the DPRK, met and had a talk with Esteban Lazo Hernandez, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba, at the building of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba on May 23.
Esteban Lazo Hernandez thanked the Korean people in the name of the party, government and people of Cuba for extending full support and solidarity to the righteous struggle of the Cuban people, and expressed the belief that the visit of the party and government delegation of the DPRK would serve as an occasion for accelerating the development of friendly relations between the two countries.
That day, Ri Su Yong met Marcelino Medina Gonzalez, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba.
