Later the PANW Editor discusses the history of relations between Ethiopia and Eritrea and the role of the US in its announcement regarding the lifting of sanctions.

The announced lifting of sanctions by Washington comes at a time when hundreds of opposition forces in Eritrea are holding training sessions in the State of Israel.
