Azikiwe notes that this is not the first time that Odinga has claimed that Kenyan elections were rigged.
The ruling Jubilee Party asked all political parties to remain calm until official results are announced by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IBEC) on Fri. Aug. 11.
