Al-Moallem, Maurer Discuss Cooperation Between Syria and ICRC

Damascus, SANA – Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem on Tuesday met Peter Maurer, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and the accompanying delegation.
Minister al-Moallem and Maurer discussed the standing cooperation between Syria and the ICRC and means to enhance and develop them to improve the humanitarian situation, and to provide the basic needs for Syrian citizens affected from the crisis caused by the terrorist war and the crimes of terrorist groups.
