Syrian Military Reports: Clashes Continue From Hama, Idleb, to Homs and the Aleppo Countryside

Hama, Idleb, SANA – Army units, backed by air force, carried out special operations against gatherings and supply routes of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the countryside of Hama and Idleb.
A military source told SANA that the air force launched airstrikes against gatherings and depots for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Kafar Nubbul city in Maaret al-Nouman area, 50 km to the south of Idleb city.
The source added that the air strikes destroyed a depot containing ammunition, IEDs and rockets and 3 vehicles equipped with machineguns, and killed a number of terrorists.
Terrorists Marwan al-Aswad, Mahmoud al-Sultan, and Omar al-Sweid were identified among the dead
Earlier,SANA reporter in Hama said that the army units targeted the fortified positions of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Boeida and Atshan villages , al-Latamineh town and the outskirts of Kafar Zeita town in the northern countryside of Hama, killing 11 terrorists and destroying two vehicles for them.Terrorists Mostafa al-A’araj and Khaled Abdulaziz al-Fadel were identified among the killed.
The reporter added that an army unit targeted the terrorists’ positions and movements in Taybet al-Imam city in the northern countryside of Hama, leaving the terrorists dead or injured.
In the southern countryside of Idleb, the Syrian Arab army’s artillery launched a series of strikes against gatherings and dens of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Sfohen village and al-Tamanaa town, killing four terrorists, injuring seven others and destroying two vehicles for them.
The reporter noted that many of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were killed and injured in airstrikes against their dens and movements south of Khan Shaikhon city.

Provinces, SANA-Units of army killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists to the south of al-Nazhiheen camp and to the east of Talha bin al-Zubair school in Daraa al-Balad and in Um al-Mayadin and Naima in Daraa and its countryside.
Earlier, the army units carried out military operations on Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ gatherings and fortifications in Daraa city and its countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon its members.
A military source told SANA Wednesday that an army unit clashed severely with terrorist groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization and restored control over blocks of buildings in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa province after eliminating many terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
The source added that other army units targeted the terrorists’ fortifications and hotbeds south of al-Yarmouk School, northeast of the post-office building and in the surrounding of al-Masri roundabout, killing a number of them and destroying their positions.
In the northern countryside, an army unit killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their fortifications and weapons after targeting their gatherings and hideouts in Tal Mutawaq al-Saghir in the surrounding of Inkhel city and to the east of Izraa city.
Aleppo
Meanwhile, units of army restored the first and second stations of drinking water in the south-eastern side of al-Khafseh which feed Aleppo with water.
Units of the army also, in cooperation with backing forces, restored security and stability to 19 villages and towns in Aleppo eastern countryside, killing a large number of ISIS terrorists.
Hama
More than 70 of Jabhat al-Nusra and the ISIS terrorists were killed and injured in the continued operations carried out by the Syrian Arab army against the Takfiri terrorism in the countryside of Hama and Idleb .
The army air force carried out intensive airstrikes against gatherings and infiltration positions o ISIS terrorists in the villages of al-Boeida Qlieb al-Thour and al-Lweibda in Hama countryside.
More than 40 terrorists were killed and injured in the airstrikes, in addition to destroying 7 of their vehicles, some of which equipped with a 23mm-machinegun.
SANA reporter in Hama said that an army unit carried out intensive bombardments against positions of the terrorist groups in al-Latamineh town in the northern countryside, in addition to destroying one of their ammunition stores and a number of their vehicles.
The reporter added that 13 Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were killed and more than 15 others were injured and one of their vehicles was destroyed in operations carried out by the army in the town of Kafr Zita and al-Sayyiad Village.
Army units also killed 6 Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and injured 7 others in intensive bombardments carried out in al-Masasnieh village and in the eastern part of Mourek city.

Army units restored control over Jazal oil field in the eastern countryside of Homs central province.
A military source told SANA that army units, in cooperation with supporting forces, carried out accurate operations against ISIS terrorist organization in the northwest countryside of Tadmur (Palmyra) city, establishing control over Jazal oil field.
The source added that army engineering units are dismantling IEDs and mines that were planted by ISIS terrorists earlier in the area.
Later, Army units hunted ISIS terrorists to the east and northeast of Palmyra city, established control over al-Amerieh Mountains and the surrounding hills, tightened the noose around the terrorists in al-Sawame’e and inflicted heavy losses upon them in personnel and weaponry.

The army launched artillery and air bombardments on ISIS gatherings and sites in al-Tharda area, the 17th Hill, al-Sunouf Hill and the graveyards area in the surroundings of Deir Ezzor city, according to the military source.
The source added that due to the strikes a number of ISIS vehicles, some of them equipped with heavy machine guns, were destroyed and many terrorists were killed.

SANA reporter in Hama said Sunday that army units bombarded Jabhat al-Nusra hideouts in al-Latamineh town in the northern countryside of Hama, destroying two vehicles and killing and injuring 8 terrorists, among them Ahmad al-Taweel, one of
Jabhat al-Nusra leaders.

The source added that the army units targeted the terrorist organizations’ positions and movement in the villages of Taybat al-Immam, Lahaya, Ma’rkabeh, Wadi Kafer Zeita northwest of Kafer Nabboudeh in the northern countryside of the province, leaving many terrorists dead or injured and destroying two cars for them.
The Syrian air force destroyed Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ vehicles and killed 5 of its members in the town of Sarmada, about 30 km north of Idleb city.
5 other Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorists were killed and 3 vehicles, some equipped with machineguns and loaded with ammunition were destroyed in the army operations against their hideouts in the outskirts of Kafer Nebel town in the southern countryside of Idleb province.
Aleppo
Meanwhile, units of army continued their military operations successfully in Aleppo north-eastern countryside, retaking the towns of Assamiyah, Kherbet Asheini, Abu Sabha Salma, Tabara, Kalash, Um Mayal, Abu Hanaya and Rasm al-Dawali, killing tens of ISIS terrorists.
Daraa
Army units regained control over a number of blocks of buildings in Daraa al-Balad, killing a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists at al-Masri roundabout and in the neighborhoods of al-Karak and al-Arba’een.
Sweida
An army unit targeted ISIS fortifications on the southern outskirts of al-Qassr village in the northeastern countryside of Sweida province.
One of ISIS sites was destroyed and all the terrorists inside it were killed or injured.
Deir Ezzor
Army units fired artillery and tank shells on movements and fortifications of ISIS terrorists in the city of Deir Ezzor and the area surrounding it.
Vehicles equipped with machineguns were destroyed and a number of its terrorists were killed during the army’s strikes in the area surrounding the graveyards, al-Bogheiliyeh, Hatla, to the west of al-Sannof Hill, al-Rwad Hill and the neighborhoods of al-Sinaa and al-Rushdiye in Deir Ezzor city.
