Khartoum - National Congress Party (NCP) said the implementation of the agreements with South Sudan is subject to ceasing support of South Sudan to rebels and disengaging the 9th and 10th divisions in South Kordofan and Blue Nile from SPLM, the army of South Sudan.

In a press release following the meeting of NCP's political Sector; Yassir Yousif, the media secretary of NCP, renewed NCP's call for government and army of South Sudan to cease support for Sudanese rebels considering that is the only way the agreements between the two countries can be implemented.

Commenting on the information revealed by the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) regarding the support offered by South Sudan to SPLM-N before their attack on North and South Kordofan; Yousif said that the information is old but was revealed late. "This information was offered to president Salva Kiir and South Sudanese government; warning them against further support to Sudanese rebels." He added.

All issues, Yousif said, will be put forth for discussion on the table upon the visit of the South Sudanese president Salva Kiir and his delegation members to Sudan.

Yousif went on to say: "The latest attacks in North and South Kordofan emphasize the importance of prioritizing the security dossier in negotiations between the two countries, considering it, the security dossier, constitutes a safety valve for the implementation of other dossiers.

NCP's political sector renewed its support for the Sudanese Armed Forces till it liberates all occupied Sudanese land, considering that the main issue is to scatter rebels and defeat them.

On a related context; a source at the Sudanese Ministry of Petroleum affirmed that all technical arrangements made for the exportation of South Sudanese oil are realizing their goal according to the agreements signed by Sudan and South Sudan.

The source said that Juba's involvement in the attacks launched by the terrorists of the so-called Sudanese Revolutionary Front (SRF) through financing and providing logistical support is something for the political and security bodies of the government to handle while the Ministry of Petroleum is concerned with the technical aspects.

But the same source considered the involvement of the Juba in these actions is an affair that threatens all the agreements signed between the countries and cans end both countries to the square one.

The processes, the source added, to export South Sudanese oil from Sirjas and Fuluj through Port Sudan are going well.

On his part; Dr. Alfateh Izz Aldin, NCP leading member and head of the parliamentary accountability and grievances committee, said Sudan was determined to all the agreements with South Sudan, but the involvement of Juba in this hostile action against Sudan places Sudan in a position to defend all its rights in the manner the Sudanese government deems fit.

Mak Abu Showtal, one of the leaders in Blue Nile, said NISS cannot accuse South Sudan of providing support to the rebels without irrefutable evidence confirming such accusations. He explained that SPLM leaders and some of the leaders in South Sudan secretly support SPLM-N, an act which violates international conventions and the matrixes signed between the two countries.

On his part; Bushara Jumaa, political secretary of Justice Party, condemned the attacks of SRF on Um Rowaba and Abu Karshola.

He said: "If the involvement of Juba is confirmed, then, according to known mechanisms and practices, the Sudanese government has the right to lodge a complaint with international and regional institutions."
