Trump's latest attack on trade with China has investors on edge. By potentially limiting Chinese investment in the U.S., Trump could be shutting the door to valuable capital inflow into U.S. markets. The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 Index plunged on Monday.

Meanwhile, Campbell Soup (CPB) shares are nicely higher on a report Kraft Heinz (KHC) is interested in the company. Harley-Davidson's (HOG) bikes in Europe are poised to get more expensive thanks to new EU tariffs.
