This program will feature our regular PANW report with dispatches on the Kenya government's views on the "swearing-in" of defeated presidential aspirant Raila Odinga who lost two elections against President Uhuru Kenyatta during 2017; the United States has escalated its drone attacks in Somalia under the guise of fighting terrorism; Syria has denounced the Turkish military operations in Afrin aganist the Kurdish Protection Forces and the Syrian Democratic Front; and foreign ministers from Sudan and Egypt have held discussions on the deteriorating diplomatic relations between the neighboring states.
In the second hour we feature a tribute to Paul Robeson on the 42 anniversary of his transition in Philadelphia in January 1976.
Finally we continue our focus on the 89th birthday celebrations for Dr. Martin Luther King,Jr. during the 50th anniversary year of his assassination coming up on April 4.
